Client: Confidential Life Science Client, Irvine
Overview
The project included the renovation of an existing +/- 6,000 sqft lab space and included demolition of existing space and installation of new ceiling systems, wall partitions, MEP systems, and casework/millwork. The new lab is located within a fully occupied building, comprised of office space and labs. The project included new mechanical equipment, fume hoods, custom lab casework, snorkel exhaust systems, lab gases, vacuum and compressed air equipment, and new lab equipment.
The space will be used for R&D for new product development within the heart & vascular medical device industry.
They are extremely knowledgeable. They are thoughtful in how they look at stuff and if there is an issue, they will communicate it. Documentation process is great. They adapted very quickly to our life science requirements.
