In 2021, I graduated from Cal State University Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Like many of Align’s employees, I never imagined myself working in the construction industry. However, after meeting the Align team and discovering the values they hold within the workplace I was able to imagine an entire career in this field. I have a strong passion for clear communication, healthy confrontation, organizational excellence, and servant leadership. All of which, are key traits necessary to succeed in the pandemonium of a complex and busy construction site. I am looking forward to strengthening my skills and challenging my weaknesses as I grow in my career here.
Outside of work, I am deeply invested within my church community. I am married to an amazing girl who is currently getting her master’s degree in teaching. I love anything and everything involving the great outdoors. If you can’t reach me, ninety percent of the time I’m probably surfing.
