Overview
This project was a complete interior renovation of common corridors, lobbies, Men’s and Women’s ADA restrooms, including new HVAC systems, replacement of existing main waste lines, elevator retrofit, exterior architectural concrete, entry canopy, and landscaping. The work was performed on double shifts to allow patient services to be maintained during normal business hours. Our team was responsible for developing preliminary budgets, schedules, logistics plan, and VE Options.
Align’s preconstruction efforts on the Rady MOB project were best in class. From the early DD phase of the project their team established an ORGANIZED work plan for both design and construction to follow which produced DETAILED and RELIABLE budgets that allowed us to stay within our project target budget. Looking forward to working with them again!
