This renovation project was a tenant improvement to Suite 1300, a 1960s-style interior space at the Basic Sciences Building. Project scope consisted of upgraded finishes, upgraded light fixtures, total renovation of two existing multi accommodation restrooms, and more.

Align Builders constructed an ISO8/ISO7 clean room suite for Sorrento Therapeutics in 2015/2016. The work was produced per plan with close coordination between architect and Sorrento. Sorrento has been quite satisfied with the clean room suite’s performance. It was a pleasure to work with the Align team.
